What began with Alan Szuter's passion for home brewing has grown into one of Ohio's most celebrated brewing programs. Under head brewer Harry Pendergrast, we continuously push boundaries — from our award-winning cream ale to experimental small-batch releases that only appear on the taproom board.

Our flagship and most-awarded beer. Brewed with locally roasted coffee and real vanilla for a smooth, subtly sweet finish.
Imperial Stout
Dire Wolf

The Taproom always has new ideas, limited runs, and wild experiments on tap. Seasonal releases, barrel-aged specialties, and collaborations rotate constantly. Plus — happy hour every day until 6 PM.
